S3 Solar Radiation Storm and G1/G2 Geomagnetic Storm Hitting Earth

Eruptions on the sun triggering solar flares and radiation activity across the spectrum are propelling magnetic storms toward Earth. NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, have posted warnings of up to G2 strength Geomagnetic Storms. These warnings can be issued about 24 hours before the effects reach Earth and have been posted on the NOAA’s website.
